When you choose Quarrystone to cater your wedding we will pamper your guests and allow you to relax and celebrate with family and friends.
Our mission is to create a stress-free environment and work with you in the planning from that first vital meeting through to the day of celebration. We will work closely with the bride and groom to custom design a distinctive menu to compliment your personal taste, style, vision and budget.
Our weddings are designed to reflect the personalities of each couple and their unique lifestyle. At Quarrystone we recognize that all clients have very different requirements and budgets. The menu’s that follow are designed in a per person price format, which should make costing your event pleasantly simple. The per person price includes the cuisine, service staff, kitchen staff and the wedding planner from the first consultation to the completion of the event. We would be more than happy to accommodate special requests and family favorite recipes with advanced notice.
COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS:
• We offer a full cocktail reception with a wide variety of canapés both hot and cold, including seafood, vegetarian and meat. Whether appetizers are handed around to guests by our staff or uniquely designed platters of local artisans cheeses, organic farm fresh fruits and vegetables and dips, and rustic breads are set out for guests we can create the perfect ‘guest reception’ for after your ceremony.
• Prices start at $10.00 per person (food and labour): 5 to 6 appetizer selections. Prices increase depending on the choices made and the quantity.
• HST and service fee of 15% not included.

DINNER RECEPTION:
• We offer full buffet service, full plated service up to 7 courses, family style, stand-up service with food stations or a country bbq.
• Prices start at $35.00 per person (food and labour). Please note that prices do not include HST or 15% service fee.
• Dinner services include one entrée, two accompaniments, two salad/vegetable dishes, fresh bread and butter, coffee and tea. Additional entrees will increase the cost.
• All rentals and other services are available for an additional fee which we will be glad to provide for you.

BAR:
• We offer a full bar including bartenders and assists. All servers have the required ‘Serving It Right’.
• Prices are charged accordingly with what is ordered, wine by the glass and bottled beer starts at 4.50, wine by the bottle starts at 20.00. This price includes the bartender, bartender assist, ice, condiments, license (required), purchase, set-up, service, clearing, clean-up and removal of glassware, disposal and recycling. This way you are only charged for what is consumed .
DESSERT:
• We offer a large variety of desserts from wedding cakes, pies, squares, tarts, cupcakes, dessert mirrors buffet style with various local fruits and cheeses.
• If you prefer a wedding cake from a local baker we can recommend bakeries and assist you with your choices.
